These are abandoned vehicles, they have NOT been tested outside of our storage lot. We do not know any details about these vehicles other than what we have stated in the auction. Please read the auction carefully and completely. These vehicles can and should be viewed/inspected in person before the auction ends. Please contact us to schedule a time and date for your inspection. These Abandoned Motor Vehicles are sold with a Court Order issued by the State of Georgia.

Please make no mistake about our auctions! We are a towing service only and the extent of our knowledge concerning these vehicles is limited to what we have seen here in our lot, they have NOT been tested outside of our storage lot. Although some of these vehicles may be repaired and driven, we do not sell these cars as road worthy and ABSOLUTELY do NOT represent them as such. They are sold "AS IS" with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. They are vehicles that have been towed into our facility and ABANDONED by the owner. By Georgia State Law we are required to declare these vehicles abandoned and hold a public auction to dispose of them, eBay is our venue of choice.
